Data Controller: The Analytic
As the data controller, The Analytic prioritizes the privacy and security of personal data belonging to individuals with a direct or indirect relationship with us, including our users, participants, business partners, and employees. This data is protected and processed in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, international human rights conventions to which our country is a party, and all relevant legislation, particularly Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").
In this context, we fulfill our obligation to inform you as the data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the KVKK.
Personal data you share with The Analytic as a user, participant, supporter, supplier or employee may be processed in a manner limited to our activity and service purposes, proportionate, purpose-related and in accordance with the legislation, transferred to third parties located in the country and abroad, stored securely, used in analysis and profiling activities or classified by categorization.
Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data
The Analytic platformundan faydalandığınız süre boyunca işlediğimiz kişisel verileriniz şunlardır:

Toplanan kişisel verileriniz aşağıdaki amaçlarla işlenmektedir:

Hukuki yükümlülüklerimizi yerine getirmek (örneğin, talep edilmesi durumunda resmi kurumlara bilgi sağlamak),

Hizmetlerimizi geliştirmek ve müşteri memnuniyetini sağlamak amacıyla istatistiksel analizler yapmak.
Bu kapsamda kişisel verileriniz, sizleri daha yakından tanımak, ihtiyaç ve beklentilerinizi daha iyi anlayarak taleplerinize hızlı ve etkili yanıt verebilmek, iletişim süreçlerini güçlendirmek ve size daha nitelikli, kişiselleştirilmiş hizmetler sunabilmek amacıyla işlenebilir. Aynı zamanda, ürün ve hizmetlerimize ilişkin memnuniyet ölçümleri gerçekleştirmek, geri bildirimlerinizi değerlendirmek, içerik ve hizmetlerimizi geliştirmek, çeşitlendirmek ve özelleştirmek için analiz yapılması; kalite ve standart denetimlerinin yürütülmesi ile mevzuatın öngördüğü raporlama ve diğer yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi de veri işleme amaçlarımız arasındadır.
Çalışanlarımıza ait kişisel veriler ise; İş Kanunu, sosyal güvenlik ve çalışma mevzuatı ile diğer ilgili yasal düzenlemeler kapsamında zorunlu kılınan yükümlülüklerin yanı sıra, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği, kurumsal işleyişin sürdürülebilirliği ve iş barışının sağlanması gibi işletmeye özgü nedenlerle, The Analytic veya The Analytic’in yetkilendirdiği üçüncü kişi ya da kuruluşlar tarafından işlenebilmektedir.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared with The Analytic's business partners, service providers, subcontractors, and contractors for the purposes outlined above and in accordance with Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and other relevant legislation. Such sharing is only carried out within the requirements of the service provided and in accordance with confidentiality obligations.
In addition, your personal data may be transferred to regulatory and supervisory authorities and authorized public authorities within the framework required by applicable legislation to fulfill legal obligations. Where required by law, this data may also be transferred domestically or internationally.
Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Your Personal Data
Your personal data may be obtained directly from you or indirectly, verbally, in writing or electronically, for the purposes stated above.
In this context, by The Analytic or third parties or organizations that process data on behalf of The Analytic;
Application and membership forms that you fill out electronically,
Various agreements signed with The Analytic,
E-mails, faxes or letters you send to us,
Data obtained from your use of the platform,
Your personal data may be collected through written or verbal communication channels.
These data are processed in line with the legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK; for reasons such as the establishment or performance of a contract, the fulfillment of legal obligations, the protection of the legitimate interests of the data controller or your explicit consent.
Your Rights as a Personal Data Owner
As a data subject who has provided The Analytic with your personal data, you have the following rights within the framework of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and other relevant legislation:
To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
Request information regarding your personal data if it has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used appropriately,
To learn the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,
Request correction of your personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,
Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the KVKK,
To request the correction of incomplete or incorrect data and the deletion or destruction of personal data to be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
To object to a result that is detrimental to you due to the analysis of processed data only through automated systems,
To request compensation for damages in case you suffer damages due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
You can submit your requests regarding these rights to The Analytic in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
You can submit your requests regarding your personal data by contacting us at contact.theanalytic@gmail.com. In accordance with Article 13 of the Law, your requests will be finalized within 30 days, depending on the nature of the request.
Your applications will be responded to within 30 days, in accordance with Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Law. During the application process, you may be asked to provide certain personal information to verify your identity. This information will be used solely for identity verification and is necessary for the secure processing of your application.
