Course Participation Agreement
1. Parties and Scope
This agreement is entered into between the Platform and individuals ("Participants") who participate in the training programs organized by The Analytic platform ("Platform"). The agreement governs the training process, participant rights and obligations, and refund and terms of use.
2. Education and Access Rights
2.1 The Participant can access the training sessions and their recordings only via the email address provided.
2.2. Training recordings only grant the right to watch; it does not include the right to download, reproduce or share.
2.3 The right to access training records is valid for a period determined by The Analytic platform. This right of access is reserved by The Analytic platform.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1. In case of cancellation requests made before the start of the training, a full refund will be made to the participant.
3.2. If the participant attends less than half of the total duration of the training, they may request a refund. No refund will be given for participants who attend half or more of the training.
For example, if a training consists of three sessions, a person who attended only one session can receive a refund; however, if a person attended two or more sessions, they cannot request a refund.
3.3. Participants whose refund request is approved will have their right to access their training records revoked.
4. Certificate of Participation
4.1. Participants who attend the training and do not request a refund will be sent an electronic certificate of participation via e-mail after the completion of the training.
5. Copyrights and Terms of Use
5.1. The copyright of the training contents, recordings and all materials belongs to The Analytic platform.
5.2. Participants cannot copy, share, reproduce or use the content for commercial purposes without permission.
5.3. In case of copyright infringement, the participant's account will be closed, and all legal complaints and compensation rights will be reserved by The Analytic.
6. Invoicing
6.1. Invoices will be sent to participants who pay via IBAN via e-mail within one month following the completion of the training.
6.2. Participants are obliged to declare their contact information accurately and completely for invoicing.
7. Dispute Situations
Any disputes that may arise from this contract will be subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
